Due to the popularity of plushies in the last several years, I decided it would be fun to make my characters in soft sculpture form. Having never sewn on a sewing machine in my life, I went out a purchased one and taught myself. I first started off making my plushies with felt and sewing the eyes on, sometimes screen printing just black onto the material, but then I wanted more colors... so then I figured out how to print the designs directly onto cotton fabric, making my own tags, and sewing them onto soft fleece fabric.
