Jelene. com studios securely accepts payments by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Paypal, the global leader in online payments, is a safe, secure way to purchase items through the pop shop. Your credit card information is securely processed by Paypal and not revealed to me directly. As a result, you can be safe in knowing that your information will stay secure and safe within a quick and easy checkout shopping cart process! Nope, you don't need a Paypal account to buy from Jelene.com Pop Shop. You have the choice to pay by credit card or by Paypal.
Shipping is a one grrl operation:
All domestic US orders go by my standard low cost effective shipping chart and are mailed via USPS First-Class and Priority mail services. All non-domestic (including Canada) will have to be done through me, as I don't have the shipping charges for your country available in my shipping cart. Email me to send you an invoice via paypal. Please state which items you want and colors if necessary. I accept all orders Worldwide! All your items are shipped as fast as possible directly from my studio, usually within a day to up to 10 days of placing your order. Orders that take longer, are made to order paintings and the like. I make them all by my grubby little hands, so that's why it takes me longer to mail it out.

I want you to be happy with your item! However, all sales are final through the pop shop. Please know, though, that I'm glad to accept returns for an exchange of the same item if the item you recieved is punchered, damaged, broken, doesn't match your decor, or has fallen apart. Please contact me if this should be your case, and I'll be happy to make you happy! So everyone is happy!
